IMPACT was a group-gallery show at PERCOLATE Art Space, Gallery & Creative Laboratory, featuring work from four regional artists - Darrell Kinsel, Jason Sauer, Marcel Lamont Walker, and Bob Ziller - who have each created an impact on the Pittsburgh communities they call home by using their art to engage with their neighborhoods and create relationships.

Darrell Kinsel is the co-founder Of Boom Concepts, a creative hub dedicated to the advancement of black and brown artists representing marginalized communities. Bob Ziller has exhibited throughout the U.S., including the Hunter Museum of American Art, the Mattress Factory Museum, and Andy Warhol Museum. Jason Sauer creates art from objects locally sourced from his environment and uses the art to create inter-personal dialogue within his community.

In the Spring of 2016, Marcel Walker became the recipient of an award from the Advancing Black Arts in Pittsburgh Fund, made possible by The Pittsburgh Foundation and The Heinz Endowments, for the production of the next issue of HERO CORP., INTERNATIONAL. He also received an Artists Opportunity Grant from the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, which was used in the preparation of his previous solo exhibit, 2016's TO TELL THE TROOF.
